Climate Change

History has always been driven by climate. When global warming caused the northern ice cap to melt our ancestors left their Iberian refuge and came to the British Isles. We don't know much about them but they couldn't have been savages because they built Stonehenge and similar monuments that required a knowledge of logistics, geometry, astronomy, and engineering.

Thousands of years later the Romans colonised Western Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. At that time Egypt was the breadbasket of Rome. But in 44 BC the Mount Okmok volcano erupted in Alaska causing a two year drought in far away Egypt. This resulted in an economic recession in Rome leading to civil unrest, the assassination of Julius Caesar, the War of Actium and the deaths of Anthony and Cleopatra. These events were attended by all sorts of political intrigues but their underlying cause was climate change.

Napoleon Bonaparte was another victim of climate change. He was defeated at Waterloo by the Duke of Wellington's pan-European army but the weather played a major part in his downfall. A massive volcanic eruption on the Indonesian island of Tambora caused torrential rain throughout Europe, and as the Emperor waited for the rain to stop Marshal Blucher arrived with a Prussian army to seal his fate.  

There is nothing new about climate change. Industrial pollution adds to the problem but nature is influenced by solar and planetary activity as well as gas escaping from fissures, geysers, and volcanoes on land and underwater. We can limit the amount of carbon that we release into the atmosphere but nature will not be constrained. Great volcanic eruptions such as Mount Okmok, Tambora, Krakatoa, and Mount St Helens, produced much more pollution than mankind. All living creatures emit gas from both ends, and landfill sites and sewage treatment works are a major sources of methane. We should certainly try to reduce our emmisions but we will never eliminate them..

As the world gets warmer crops will fail and people will head north to survive. If we don't do something to conrol the influx we will be overwhelmed by climate refugees. The Africans need to develop their agriculture, control their population growth, and instead of growing cash crops such as coffee, cocoa, and tobacco they should grow food that they can eat. It's in our interest to help them to stay in their own continent.

The war in Ukraine has highlighted the problem. Egypt imports 40% of its wheat and grain from Russia and Ukraine to feed its booming population of 106 million. In ancient times Egypt fed Europe but now the situation has been reversed. The Egyptians have made great efforts to improve their agriculture. The US Department of Agriculure estimates that Egypt is reclaiming 1.5 million acres (607,028 ha) from the desert, but they are constrained by a shortage of water and urban encroachment.

Bill Barnes

With the passing of time, members of the pre-war fascist movements have all passed away, and so have most of the supporters of Union Movement and the 1967 National Front. One of them was my old friend Bill Barnes. 

Frederick Charles Cecil Barnes, always known as Bill, was born in London in 1912 and died of cancer in St Thomas Hospital in 1981. He was educated at Dulwich College and Pitman’s College. He was a typical Englishman but he was in fact of Latvian ancestry. His daughter Diana was killed in a road traffic accident in 1975. His second wife, Rita, who belonged to Union Movement in the sixties, died in 2005. His son, Paul, who shared his politics, died in 2012.

Bill Barnes had supported most of the pre-war fascist movements. He admired Oswald Mosley for his intelligence and leadership; Arnold Leese for his radicalism, and John Beckett for his courage. John Beckett was godfather to his son Paul who was born in 1946. Bill Barnes told me that when his friend William Joyce went to Germany in 1939 he was advised by a Special Branch officer that he could not be prosecuted because he was born in America of Irish parents. That turned out to be very bad advice; Joyce was executed for treason in 1946.

Bill managed to avoid being rounded up under Defence Regulation 18B and he took up the fight as soon as the war was over. He supported Union Movement in the fifties, John Bean's BNP and the League of Empire Loyalists in the sixties, and the National Front in the seventies.

In July 1962 Bill was beaten up at the Battle of Balls Pond Road when a group of BNP supporters were ambushed by the Reds, on the same day that Oswald Mosley and his followers were attacked in nearby Ridley Road. But far from discouraging him it only made him more determined. 

Bill fought all his life against the Money Power; he believed in national self-sufficiency, he campaigned against immigration, he dismissed communism as a creed based on envy, he hated the Conservatives, he despaired of the upper classes, and he boasted that fascism was déclassé.

In the seventies he wrote for my newsletter 'Nation' which was distributed from the Bladebone pub in Bethnal Green. His article “From Camelot to Ridley Road” was reprinted in John Bean’s 1999 political autobiography “Many Shades of Black”.

Bill Barnes was an educated man who could talk with ease on any subject. Over the years he knew most of the leaders of the patriotic parties and gave balanced and valuable advice to many of them. He was always well-dressed and well-spoken but he could look after himself and many an “anti-fascist” thug regretted picking on him. He was what Benito Mussolini described as: "the perfect fascist with a book and a musket" - "libro e moschetto: fascista perfetto."

John Gaster

In 2008 the BBC broadcasted an archive recording of John Gaster, a prominent post-war fascist intellectual, on the subject of 'Edward V111: Black Magic and Sexual Yogic Activities'.

"He had been entrapped and enslaved by the king watchers, who knew he was dangerous, and their instrument was one of a group of black magical osteopaths. The head of it was a quack doctor called Dr Alexander Cannon. Original arrangements with Cannon had been established in Austria because Edward needed a dry out cure for addictive drinking. But bit by bit he had become immersed in a world of black magic and sexual yogic activities. Like a sling round the throat of  Edward V111 and which in fact was the mechanism that made it possible for the establishment to dethrone him."

The inquest into the death of Gareth Williams the MI6 codebreaker who was found dead in a zipped-up holdall in his Pimlico flat, reminded me of another highly intelligent character who had worked for the government and died in unusual circumstances. It seems that not all of our spies are as indestructible as James Bond.

John Marston Gaster was dismissed by Jeffrey Hamm as public relations officer of the British League of Ex-Servicemen and Women for being too openly National Socialist. That was before the League was absorbed into Oswald Mosley’s Union Movement in 1948. He then founded an organization called the North West Task Force under the slogan “Wir Kommen Wieder” – “We come again”; a bold but risky strategy in the immediate postwar period. A few years later he founded a swastika bedecked movement called the British Pan-German League.

His contemporaries describe John Gaster as an impressive character. Roger Clare remembered him as an accomplished pianist, linguist and historian who had worked for the British Foreign Office. John Bean recalled him addressing a meeting of the National Labour Party in an upstairs room of Bill Webster’s pub the Black Horse in Kentish Town; and discussing history and politics with his comrades Frank Leonard, Neville Bealing and Peter Greenslade. Roy Chester told me that John Gaster used to translate directly from the Russian newspaper Pravda. And Vic Sarson remembers a tall, well-spoken man smartly dressed in a railwayman’s uniform.

He was an authority on secret societies and the author of Krumm-Heller in England, a treatise on the German-Mexican Rosicrucian Arnoldo Krumm-Heller who was implicated in the Zimmerman Telegram in WW1 and supported the pro-Nazi Swiss National Front during WW2.

I met John Gaster in the Bladebone pub in Bethnal Green in 1972. He asked me if I knew anything about the Italian “Propaganda Due” Masonic lodge. But I knew nothing about P2 until the apparent suicide of “God’s Banker” Roberto Calvi a decade later. When I heard that he had died following an assault in 1998 I remembered our conversation and I was intrigued when the “anti-fascist” magazine Searchlight blamed Roberto Fiore, leader of the Italian Forza Nova party, for his death: an allegation that Alexander Baron dismissed as just another Jerry Gable fantasy. The Coroner found that his death was caused by an infection and the police made no arrests. 

John Gaster was just one of the many thousands of people who have passed through the so-called far-right movements. But he is remembered as a remarkable man by all who knew him. He was apparently born about 1920 so he would have been nearly 80 years-old when he died. It is not known why he left the Foreign Office and ended his working life on the railways. Or why such a gifted linguist and historian devoted himself to radical politics instead of pursuing an academic career. We can only speculate on the man and his motives and be grateful that we knew him. Not many railwaymen can speak Sanskrit or quote pages of Goethe.

These thoughts are directed to the specific and peculiar situation in America but they have some relevance to you in the Old Country too.

All true, well said and some of these arguments we have all used.

But the sad facts as shown by psychologists' studies is that 70% to 80% of the herd will believe what they are told by the authorities even when it is clearly wrong.

And we have to face the facts that for someone to be swayed by such arguments the necessary preconditions are that (a) he thinks long term (50 years out even) and (b) he feels a tie, a connection, and identity for his own race, ethnic group, region, religion.

The majority of people do not think long term. That is why Social Security, for instance, is so necessary due to the fact that most people do not think long term.

I came to the conclussion some time ago that American Whites have the lowest level of group identity of any people on the planet.

They came here because their psychological ties to England, Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Poland, Gtreece, etc. were weaker than the ties connecting their neighbors who stayed.

They were then marinated in an ideology that glorifies individualism.

They live their lives in obedience to the liberetarian Jew Robert Ringer's title of his book: "Looking Out For Number One."

I say these things not to discourage but to direct our thoughts to what we must do if the opportunity ever presents itself.

It is our personas, our hard wiring, that we think idependently of the Regime's System Media and that we are psychologically  connected to our community instead of being individuals.

We could not be other than the way we are.

We are the natural shepherds of the herd I spoke of above.

If our people are to find a way out of their present plight and their future hell, it will be through a small ruthless elite taking charge of them, replacing the System as the voice of authority, hammering down the impulse toward individualism, imposing team allegience and action on our people and doing whatever is required to win.*

We open the eyes of those who have it in them to respond to the arguments set out in the essay you sent. We open their eyes. We open their ears. Our aim is to incorporate them into the ruthless band of brothers we have to have.

But we cannot raise the living dead from their psychological graves.

Anyway, these are my thoughts.

Money Problems

Few nations manage to balance their books. They spend more than they collect in taxes and rely on bond sales and borrowing to bridge the gap. When the Labour government came to power in 1997 they inherited a balanced budget but within four years Gordon Brown had turned it into a deficit of £170 billion. The Tories tried to reduce the deficit by cutting public spending but that led to failing schools, understaffed hospitals and rising crime.

The Bank of England's promise to "pay the bearer on demand" can't be taken seriously. It has reserves of gold, foreign currencies and government bonds but it issues many times more money than it has on deposit. The BOE also supervises the commercial banks that handle our accounts. This arrangement gives us some protection from a predatory government that has raided our pension funds and would love to gain access to our savings. If they nationalized the banks, our money would become their money.

Perhaps we will devise a better monetary system in the future but in the meantime we should demand strict banking controls and reasonable interest rates. The Thatcher-Reagan banking reforms ended in the crash of 2008. Free from regulation, the banks lent money that they never had to people who could never pay it back. The result was that banks crashed, like Lehman Brothers, or were bailed out by the taxpayers, like the Royal Bank of Scotland.

The Chinese are looking into Social Credit. It's not exactly the system devised by CH Douglas (pictured) but, like him, they envisage a social wage, or dividend, funded by their booming economy. The 'unemployed' would spend their time studying or caring for the elderly. The trouble is that those working would resent those who were not. But economic reforms will have to be made before we sink under the sheer weight of debt. 

People with financial problems should only pay what they can reasonably afford, and we need a limit on interest rates. If a borrower has repaid the original loan he should be excused any outstanding interest. That would upset the bankers but they have squeezed more than enough out of the system, and many of them were rescued by their tax-paying customers in the crash of 2008.

Dear Broadsword, I was pleased to see the photograph of Sir Oswald Mosley and his Blackshirts at Cable Street, in Broadsword issue number42.

'Reds' and Jews still claim that they inflicted a massive defeat against British Fascism and National Socialism to this day.
However, two weeks after the 'Battle of Cable Street', Mosley spoke to 12,000 people in Victoria Park Square, Bethnal Green, East London and the BUF marched to Salmon Lane in Limehouse. They did pass after all!

Also, the BUF recruited 2,000 new members in the East End alone, in the aftermath of Cable Street due to the publicity.

Personally, I do not believe that Mosley was a "kosher  fascist". By 1936 the official title of his party was The British Union of Fascists and National Socialists, (BUFNS), and he proposed in his book 'Tomorrow We Live' that Jews who abused our hospitality should be resettled in a Jewish homeland alternative to Palestine. He wrote that  "Jews originate in the Orient and are more alien to us than any Western nation".

Mosley always stated that his first wife Cynthia Curzon was not Jewish, her grandfather Levi Leiter was actually a Dutch Protestant, which explains the Biblical name.

Mosley was consistently opposed to non-European immigration and the 'Jewish Money Power'; and let us not forget that the nationalist slogans "Britain First" and "Britain for the British", were first used by Mosley in the 1930's, when he was campaigning for full employment, decent housing, the abolition of poverty, and peace with Germany. 

After the 'Brothers' War' (WW2) when he launched his Union Movement (UM), he was the first to call for the repatriation of coloured immigrants. If the British people had listened to Mosley we would not be in such a mess today.

Climate Change

Greta Thunberg awakened the world to the dangers of  Climate Change. Predictably, President Donald Trump mocked her but the sixteen year old Swedish school girl must be admired for addressing the United Nations in a language that is not her own. She is part of a campaign that has gone viral. London has been disrupted by demonstrations and young people all over the world are worrying about the future.

The extent to which humanity is responsible for climate change is debatable but there is no doubt that it's happening. Planet Earth is a cooling sphere of magma orbiting an uncontrolled nuclear explosion known as the Sun. It is subject to gravitational forces, volcanic activity and constant bombardment by radiation and cosmic debris.

In 1815 Napoleon's army at Waterloo was bogged down by torrential rain when Mount Tambora in Indonesia erupted killing 10,000 people. In 1883, the neighbouring volcanic island of Krakatoa exploded, killing 36,000 people and causing a drop in global temperatures that lasted for five years. Other catastrophic volcanic eruptions include Mount Pelee in Martinique in 1902 that killed 29,000 people and Ruiz in Columbia that killed 25,000 people. 

In parts of Sweden and Scotland the ground is rising at the rate of 10cm per century because millions of tonnes of glacial ice have melted. It's therefore not surprising that the polar icecaps are receding or that the deserts are expanding. There's not much we can do about natural events but it's common sense not to pollute the air with carbon or the seas with rubbish. We must find cleaner ways of generating electricity and replace plastic with bio-degradable material.

Those of us who are old enough to remember the London smog of the Fifties know very well that pollution is a killer. 12,000 Londoners died in the great smog of 1952 and thousands more suffered damaged lungs (Kate Dawson - Death in the Air). It was ended by the Clean Air Act of 1956 which banned coal fires. 

The public don't know what to believe, but scientists are more likely to tell the truth than politicians. They are not elected and they do not have to protect vested interests. Donald Trump must know that coal and oil are major pollutants but he needs the votes of the coalminers, the oil drillers, and the power workers, and the financial backing of their employers. He is a typical short-sighted politician who only cares about himself.

Having been on the two previous Countryside Alliance marches in London, I can confirm that it was not just about supporting the traditional right of fox hunting. It was to draw attention to how many English, Welsh, Scots and Irish people are concerned with the constant undermining of the rural way of life, which has gained momentum under Tony Blair and his Islington cronies. For me there was the added bonus of being with more than 400,000 fellow aboriginals (whites, if I may dare say so) marching through multiracial London.

Many of those who support the Countryside Alliance share the same view on fox hunting and game shooting that I do. I have no reason to change the opinion I expressed in 1993 on the subject and which appeared in my book on the changes in a rural community, 'Ten Miles From Anywhere'. It appears on page 146 under the heading 'Thoughts of a Failed Rat Catcher'. It now has greater significance as even more city and suburban dwellers embrace the Bambi syndrome.

"Over the New Year I spent some hours in trying to kill a rat who had come from a nearby compost heap to nose around my door. My now aging cat, who in her youth would kill anything that moved as long as it was not more than twice her size, went through all the motions but didn't even score a near miss. Surprisingly to me, the only creature to nearly get the rat was a cock pheasant, who apparently objected to the rat going for his jugular.

I got to thinking. If that rat had a nice fluffy tail and his face was not so pointed, people would call me a monster for wanting to despatch him not only from my lawn but from this earth. Now if I had shot the pheasant, quite a number of people would also consider me a monster. Perhaps city-based animal right activists would demonstrate in our village, such is the dominance of emotion over common sense when it comes to the relationship of homo sapiens with the rest of the animal kingdom.

Like the rest of my species, I was born an omnivore, i.e. I function best on a diet of meat and two veg. Although I would find it difficult to kill a pheasant, I would if hungry, but certainly not 'sport'. To me, there is a world of difference between shooting a pheasant or two for 'the pot' and trying to outdo each other in seeing how many you can slaughter, to give away, in an afternoon. Yet again, pheasants are so stupid that if they were not reared for shooting, their natural predators - particularly the fox - would have probably eliminated them in Britain by now.

Then what of Brer Fox himself? If he had a rat-like tail instead of such an attractive brush would anti-hunt protestors be so keen to throw themselves under horses hooves? We won't go into the equally emotive issue of the carnage the fox can cause in a chicken run, but point out that ten times as many foxes are killed by the motor car than by huntsmen. And the hunt is certainly a quicker way than snaring or shooting, which often leads to a lingering death.

I do not hunt but respect the rights of those who want to. All I say is that if Brer Fox has gone to earth, he has won - that's his rights." 

A Dangerous Illusion

The UK has now missed its third departure date and we are still in the European Union. Boris Johnson jumped on the Brexit bandwagon when it looked unstoppable. Ukip was threatening the major parties and the "will of the people" had to be obeyed. Three and a half years later we are still in the EU and the country is still divided. In 2016 the referendum result was 52 to 48 percent in favour of leaving but recent polls show that this is changing. 

Public opinion does change over time. When the Berlin Wall came down thirty years ago Margaret Thatcher was sending desperate messages to the Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev pleading with him to stop German reunification. She was not on her own in 1989 but few people today would admit to such prejudices. We have finally stopped hating the Germans.

The general election on the 12th of this month is likely to result in a Tory victory. But instead of "getting our country back" we will become a dependency of the USA. Some people would prefer the American alternative. That's fair enough, they are entitled to their opinions, but they should stop waving union jacks. They have no monopoly on patriotism.

The United Kingdom is a developed nation (GDP $2.8 trillion) located twenty miles from the European mainland. We have kept our British identity as members of the European project since 1973. Leaving the EU is proving to be difficult but rejoining would be easy; we would simply return to our old status. The Institute for Fiscal Studies has warned that the economy will shrink and borrowing will rise if we leave the EU. And the Office for National Statistics has released figures for June 2019 showing that we received 48,000 migrants from the EU, and 229,000 from outside the EU. Brexit is a dangerous illusion.

Matteo Salvini
 

The popular Italian Senator Matteo Salvini is a former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior who is tipped to be a future Prime Minister.

He started out in the Lombard League, a regionalist movement that campaigned for autonomy for Lombardy. This evolved into the Northern League which encompassed the rest of northern Italy. Today, the reformed party has dropped the 'Northern' appendage to become La Liga and now stands for a federal Italy within the European Union.

The League's rise to power was driven by the mass migration of economic refugees from Africa. This illegal traffic was limited by the Gaddafi regime in Libya until Dave Cameron helped to bring it down. Another short-sighted criminal blunder that he will be remembered for.

Liga is the Italian equivalent of the French National Front, a populist movement opposed to Third World immigration, but unlike the NF it has risen above petty nationalism to embrace Europe. 

Salvini wrote in the conservative daily 'Il Foglio':

"I say this once and for all, and I hope that nobody inside or outside my party will raise this issue again. The Lega does not have any intention of taking Italy out of the euro or the European Union. Let me be clearer still, to stop journalists from fantasizing, the euro is irreversible".

Climate Change

Factory chimneys belching smoke used to be a sign of prosperity. We never worried about pollution is those days because we were glad to have jobs to go to. Today, it's very different. We still make cars and pharmaceuticals but heavy industry is only a small part of our economy and financial services are our biggest export. Nevertheless, employment is at record levels.

President Donald J Trump thinks that climate change is a trick by the Chinese but the rest of us are convinced by the evidence. We know from tree ring data and core samples that the climate has changed over the centuries. We have suffered several Ice Ages that have left their mark on the landscape. How much industrial activity effects climate change is a matter of speculation but it must play a part.

Environmental causes have been taken up by left wingers but the green movement was pioneered in Britain by BUF writers such as Jorian Jenks and Henry Williamson.

Those of us who lived through the smogs of the fifties know how dangerous they were. Thousands of people died of respiratory problems until the Clean Air Act was passed in 1956. The air in London became breathable when coal fires were banned, thus proving that we can control our environment with sensible legislation.

The pollution generated by industry may not be melting the polar icecaps but it's definitely contaminating our environment. Science may eventually find a way to use fossil fuels safely but at present all we can do limit the damage. 

The answer surely lies in solar power. The Sun powers everything in nature and we already know how to harness it. The big oil companies know that they have to change and they are already investing in solar technology. The challenge is to generate and store electricity without destroying our planet.

We survived in prehistory by learning to hunt animals and live in caves. Later we discovered farming and developed societies. Now, we are advancing beyond the industrial era into the age of artificial intelligence. Science has always found a way.

Blogs and Newsletters

I published a newsletter called Nation from 1973 to 1975. At that time there were two very different patriotic movements campaigning against uncontrolled immigration; Union
Movement which stood for 'Europe a Nation' and the National Front that was bitterly opposed to European union. I thought then, as I do now, that Third World immigration was the biggest threat to Britain; in or out of  Europe. 

Nation was a small scale newsletter typed on an old manual typewriter and reproduced in a photo-copy shop. In those days the written word was all we had apart from street corner meetings. I used to distribute Nation from the Bladebone pub in Bethnal Green. It was mostly my own work but several friends contributed articles including Terry Savage, Bill Whitbread of Tru-Aim, and Roy Chester in South Africa.

An article by Bill Barnes, writing under his nom de plume ‘Athelstan’, was included in John Bean’s political memoir Many Shades of Black. It was entitled From Camelot to Ridley Road and it questioned the value of marches and demonstrations.

In 1975 I accepted Jeffrey Hamm's offer to write for Action, the journal of Union Movement. The last issue of Action 
appeared in November 1992, just as the Internet was about to transform publishing. Unfortunately this technology
came too late for Robert Row and Jeffrey Hamm who had worked so hard to produce the paper.

In 2005 I started an email bulletin along the same lines as Nation - which is why it's called Nation Revisited. In 2012, Rufus, of News from Atlantis, helped me to turn it into an online blog. I do not share Rufus' conspiratorial worldview but I will always be grateful for his help.

In 2014 I brought out European Outlook in support of the Remain campaign. Unfortunately, the referendum was won by the Brexiteers with the help of the mass-circulation tabloids. The cause of European unity has suffered a setback but it's early days yet and we are still tied to Europe by blood and culture.

Those of us with something to say should be heard. Our efforts are bound to be dwarfed by the mainstream media but we can still try to inform and educate the public. The little parties of the far-right want to deport millions of people, dynamite the Stock Exchange and hang all the bankers. 
Nation Revisited is not so ambitious but we support good government, social justice, and European solidarity.

To hate a human being because of his race, religion or nationality is a horrible thing. The history of all mankind is marred by the outbreak of unspeakable violence against people perpetrated, not because of anything they did, but merely because of who they were. Bigotry is a vile thing, its prejudgment of a man in direct violation of Judeo-Christian morality as well as the norms of Western Civilization.
Yet, it is also clear that so much of what makes life worth living is to be found in group identity. We are who we are not only as individuals, but also as members of larger entities, i.e. families, neighborhoods, towns, nations, races, religions and civilizations. No man is born into a total vacuum of identity. We are the products of genetic, familial and cultural forces. In the end meaning is provided solely by these extra forces which provide our perceptions and action with conceptual or at least visceral coherence.

Whether these extra personal loyalties be of a metaphysical nature deriving their essence from an essentially spiritual (God centered universe) or be they merely an inherent part of the rational world is a question beyond the confines of this brief essay. What is relevant for our purpose is that man needs identity, meaning and purpose and becomes confused and demoralized without them.

Accordingly it is one of the moral imperatives of our era to articulate a philosophy and seek to implement a policy which will allow men to realize themselves in a group without falling prey to hating or harming other groups. This is far from an easy task. Indeed, there are those who would maintain that the enmity which often goes hand-in-hand with group identification is inevitable and it is best to pursue policies which will inexorably weaken those loyalties. It is an alluring position and one to which the "respectable" media and politicians of our era are all pledged.

It is, an illusory, immoral and unnatural agenda, however. Illusory, for history's testimony is that widely diverse people cannot and will not live peacefully together. Immoral, because its ultimate results will be the end of the truths and virtues of the world's various faiths, races and nations. Unnatural, because group identity is a fundamental need of all men.

The way out of our current impasse on matters of race, ethnicity, etc. would seem not to lie in the direction of totalitarian coercive mixing, but towards voluntary disentanglement by men of good intentions.

All any man really desires is a sense of physical security, some orientation towards a life of meaning, a community whose ways are familiar and pleasant to him and a place to call his (and his peoples') own.

Sadly, today all the above is granted certain groupings but not others. Europeans, White people and those attached to traditional faiths and lifestyles of the West are told by the powers-that-be that they alone among mankind's tribes are forbidden to have or even articulate a collective identity.
Perhaps this is due to their having overstepped the proper boundaries in the past, or alternatively to their own current weakness and gullibility. Whatever the reason none can deny the current threat to Western Man. Other peoples define themselves as groups, only European Man is forbidden to do this.

A solution to our crisis will be found to the degree that all of the world's assorted tribes can say to each other: "You have your way of life and your place to live. We wish you well. Now let each of us live among our own. We bear you no ill will."

It is in the spirit of separation founded on mutual respect that I have attempted on a personal level over the past decade to communicate with nationalists (White and Black), to patriots of many nations and to committed members of many faiths. My goal has been to strip group identity of hatred and the responses I have received have been almost uniformly encouraging. I have found that when you face a man and say; "Your people are a people with a unique identity. They have a right (perhaps an obligation) to survive as a people. Yet you must realize there are other peoples in the world who have similar yearnings. How can we work this out?" - that most men are willing to act in a positive fashion.

To sum up, groups should speak to each other as groups (away from media terror and self-seeking politicians). Far more important than speaking, though, is listening. To hear the other as we remain ourselves is our contemporary task.

We can all be fooled at times, and I was recently fooled by a film called Enemy at the Gates. This covered the epic battle-within-a-battle when Soviet sniper Vasilly Zaitsev fought German Colonel Thorwald at Stalingrad. I had believed that this scenario was true, since the story is recited as history in several books.

But the masterful Stalingrad the Fateful Siege: 1942-1943, by Anthony Beevor, dismisses the whole thing as a Soviet propaganda tale:-

'The telescopic sight of his prey's rifle, allegedly Zaitsev's most treasured trophy, is still exhibited in the Moscow armed forces museum, but this dramatic story remains essentially unconvincing. It is worth noting that there is absolutely no mention of it in any reports.'

The history of the Second World War is littered with numerous examples like that. The outright lies shade into half-truths and distortions, such as the so-called 'Malmedy Massacre', which incidentally could and frequently did happen on the allied side, a process that continues to this very day in the military operations of Bush 'n Blair's various NWO wars.

This is not to suggest that the German soldiery were saints, merely that they were better than some and no worse than many others.

If we fast-forward through the decades, how are those who fell for the stories and the half-truths of World War II fared?

Well, our government typically seeks to crow over some statistics which seem to indicate that Britain is starting to move up from the very bottom of the European poverty league. Big Deal!

If the aged veteran should want the council to repair his leaky roof, he'd better be prepared to wait until every last asylum-seeker has had his dwelling done up to scratch, in accordance with those many secret government directives! Is this the future that our war veterans fought for, and was John Amery not right when he wrote that: "Win or loose, every door reads 'RIP Britannia' "?

In spite of being plastered by dozens of B52s, Baghdad still looks to be in a better state than most of our own towns, wrecked as they are either by glass and concrete in prosperous areas or by dereliction and decrepitude in poorer ones.

You know, just when we think that we have the measure of this Government's utter contemptibility, they seem to sink a little lower, as if - as it were - to wallow around more in their own sleazy evilness.

Now we have wasted around £3 billion (perhaps far more) on a war against Iraq, that was staged in the pursuance of no possible British interest, economies are required. From now on it's farewell to pension books. Instead pensioners have been issued with swipe cards and PIN numbers. 

Arthritic fingers will have to get the hang of fiddling with mini-terminals. Obviously, this will mean more hassle and longer queues for our pensioners. Inflicting inconvenience and misery on the aged will help save a mere £35 million for future wars for Zion, and Uncle Sam (sadly, now almost indistinguishable).

Additionally, the prospects of their grandchildren enjoying the dubious privilege of being stuck in a cubicle all day answering telephone calls seem increasingly slim given the ongoing export - at a mind-numbing rate of loss - of call  centre jobs to India.

Surely, no nation can supress the truth and hope to prosper? We are assailed from all sides with calls to tackle the 'drugs menace', and informed that we are in the midst of a 'war on drugs'. But how can we tackle a problem like this when the facts about the drugs trade are kept from the public?

To discuss the realities behind heroin, cocaine and especially ecstasy, is like treading on a mine field in the present atmosphere of political correctness. In the days when sanity still prevailed in this country - during the middle to late 1950s - Robert Fabian of Scotland Yard wrote a couple of books detailing his experiences.

Fabian was very forthright in saying that most organised and persistent crime was the responsibility of foreign elements in this country. This was not to stigmatise any particular nationality, since the natives of many different countries were involved, but merely to point out the facts as they prevailed at that time. But these days Inspector Fabian would be behind bars on 'hate crime' charges, while the asylum-seeker he arrested would be claiming massive compensation at the High Court!

A fair number of readers will be already familiar with what happens every year to several thousand gullible and native Russian and Ukrainian women. Such girls, who are often well-educated but lack opportunities in their own homelands, are enticed to Israel by adverts which promise well-paid jobs as office workers, hotel receptionists and the like.

But once they arrive, these unfortunate women find themselves trapped inside a hellish world of forced prostitution and sex-slavery. Even this statement conveys something milder than the horrifying actuality, since according to The Jerusalem Post of November 12th, during these Slav girls' trek to their destination:-

'Women who complain of any kind of pain during the taxing march across the desert are drugged with medication and painkillers, and anyone who breaks down and collapses is abandoned on the roadside in the desert, as if she were a dying freight animal.'

The author of the article, Isaac Herzog, is a member of the Israeli parliament, and to his credit he called for an end to this evil trade, suggesting that: "Too bad those traffickers cannot be hanged, but long years in solitary confinement would be an adequate alternative."

How utterly despicable it is that the 'mainstream' media makes disappointing noises about Arab women in far-away countries being allegedly forced to wear veils, while ignoring the torments inflicted on these poor duped Russian and Ukrainian females in Israel. Surely, if forced to the choice, all women would plump for a scarf over the head rather than suffer the fate of being auctioned off like Roman slaves and stuck in filthy cages - which may sound like hyperbole but actually happens in some cases.

Alas, the man on the London bus does not read The Jerusalem Post, and is thus an easy target for the merchants of managed, pseudo-news with their childish and inaccurate cast of 'goodies' and 'baddies'. The slave trade in Eastern European women, like the Lavon affair or the Mossad transmitter in Tripoli that led to the Reagan/Thatcher bombing raids in Lybia, remains unknown to 99 percent of the people, and both the broadcasters and the governing elite would like to keep it that way.

Indeed, if a person had any capacity for independent thought  or a backbone of any sort, they would never find themselves in the position of making Newsnight commentaries or writing Observer editorials. Those kinds of people know all the accepted parameters of received opinion. They are adept at providing slanted coverage, basically state propaganda and censorship masquerading as public service broadcasting.

But recently, it seems that the boundaries of 'left' and 'right' have begun to change. Increasingly, it is everyone else against the media, the politicians and the plutocrats. Could it be the beginning of the British peasants' revolt? If so , it is long overdue!
